The Regional Sales Manager (Southwest Region) ensures achievement of regional sales goals and profit objectives through effective management of the broker organization for the southwestern sales region.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages sales agency partners within assigned sales region. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these agencies. Conducts annual and semiannual agency reviews. Provides recommendations as to staffing of key roles within these agencies.
