The Sales Director ensures the achievement of sales goals and profit objectives for COSTCO and BJs.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages broker sales team to ensure delivery of the company’s sales plan. Broker management responsibilities include product training; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
