Oversee the daily operation of the Maintenance Department. Achieve target 2% down time of overall operation. Train, and certify regular and temporary employees on all maintenance equipment and procedures. Maintain the appropriate records and reports required for daily plant operation and daily maintenance works. Monitor employee job performance. Involve in policy making for continued process operation, improvement, and cost reduction. To ensure the safety and quality of the products that the line produces.
QC Chief Superintendent ensures smooth operation by directing and / or overseeing the work of Quality Control Superintendents and Quality Control Technicians involved in evaluating incoming raw materials, products during the production process to ensure that it meets product standards and maintains processes and procedures established by Nissin Foods. Develops and conducts the quality control procedures and, analyzes the data from inspection reports. Resolves quality problems as they are revealed through inspection procedures and pursues continuous improvement opportunities.
The Physical Logistics (Warehousing & Transportation) Director is responsible for managing all transportation and warehouse activities, personnel, and equipment. Ensure all activities for warehousing, shipping and transportation occur in an efficient manner consistent with company established policies and procedures. Develops and adheres to budgets for all physical logistics activities. Ensures the safety and quality of Nissin employees and products.
The Production Superintendent II ensures the safety and quality of the products, attains the standard production cases and the standard yield. This role maintains the required documentation of the line records, and maximizes the condition of the machineries on the line assigned with the utilization of the labor force given, while ensuring the safe operation of the production processing line.
The Quality Control Superintendent will direct and and/or oversee the work of the Quality Control Technicians who are involved in evaluating incoming raw materials and/or products that are used during the production process to ensure that they meet Nissin Foods’ standards and procedures. The Quality Control Supervisor will also develop and conduct the quality control procedures, and analyze the data from inspection reports as well as resolve quality problems that may arise through inspection procedures and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
Achieves standards related to quality, attainability of the standard production cases, the standard yield, cost, line efficiencies, waste, safety, sanitation and productivity by maximizing the condition of the machineries on a line and the utilization of the labor force. Maintains the required documentation of the line records to follow the Company policies and complies with required laws, rules and regulations.
The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic function involves the mechanical, electrical, and sheet metal repairs to maintain the production process, to ensure the safety and quality of the products that the line produces.
